The Good Samaritan by Jolie Mae Miller
Where to begin? This book crosses lines with two main characters really, so you're getting a two for one story. What author does that?!?
Jolie's writing was clean and it reminded me a little of Mary Higgins Clark, with the way she keeps up with multiple characters and story lines. I never had a hard time following the plot line or characters at anytime.
Each story had its own drama and story line, but by the end found their way twisting into each other. Which makes me dying for book two already! I'm not sure I can hang on that long and I'm secretly glad Jolie sent me a friend request. Of, course she has no clue I'm doing this review for This Redhead. Maybe I'll have to let the slip 😊
I give The Good Samaritan 5 Stars!
Well done Jolie Mae!
Jolie Mae Miller lives in Prince George, Virginia with her husband, children, 3 dogs and 1 cat. Her most beloved job is being a mom and a MeMe (she decided long ago that she was too young to be a Grandma!). Her family dearly loves baseball and she enjoys spending her free time at the ballpark.
She attributes her love of romance novels to her Mom who is an avid reader. As a writer, she is influenced by many amazing authors but especially enjoys reading Nicole Edwards, Lorelei James, Sylvia Day, Pamela Ann, S.C. Stephens, Kristen Ashley, R.K. Lilly, and Jamie McGuire. She wishes special recognition to the lovely Mari Carr who in the very early days, when publishing a novel was just a dream, took her precious time to offer sage advice. Mari, you’re the best!
Jolie Mae’s debut series will be released in e-book and paperback at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iTunes and other retailers. She loves chatting with fans from around the world. Please be sure to follow her on social media through the links provided.
